21 Days of Prayer Tarrant Net

21 DAYS OF PRAYER PROGRAM PARTICIPATION
Participation in the 21 Days of Prayer is simple.

First, if you as Pastor have not already joined one of the 12 (approximate) Prayer Centers in Tarrant County, you can do so by selecting one from the listing and locations. Call the 21 Days of Prayer Information Line for more information on contacts at that location at (817) 996-1234.

Second, as a Pastor you will be expected to share in leading the prayer service one or more days. The prayer service will be held one hour each day from May 7, 2007 to May 27, 2007 except for Sundays. On Sundays, Pastors are asked to incorporate the prayers for community transformation into their Sunday service as they best see fit. Generally, with only a couple of exceptions as noted, the prayer meeting will be held at the same time and place each day at each Prayer Center. The Pastoral Group at Tarrant Net has developed some selected Prayer Guidance (based on the Lord’s Prayer) for each day that will help each Prayer Center petition with more unison.

You will be asked to encourage people attending your Church to join in the one-hour prayer service one or more days. Tarrant Net will provide handouts for the Church bulletins. We ask to use this information in your promotion of the event. They will help provide needed background information and perspective.

Tarrant Net will be advertising the entire program on radio spots where participating Pastors will be highlighted.

Third, you will be expected to encourage participation in the Prayer Rally held on the final day of the 21 Days of Prayer which also happens to be the Global Day of Prayer. The event will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. It is expected that over 75 Churches will be represented and there will be a large interdenominational choir to perform.
